Lauren Beckham, (born August 6, 1984) is a female figure competitor / figure model and personal trainer living in Boise, Idaho in the United States. Lauren currently competes at the regional amateur level with the National Physique Committee (NPC). As an aspiring fitness model, Lauren follows a strict weight training routine. Lauren began weight lifting at age sixteen.
By age nineteen she had won several local female figure competitions. As an IFBB hopeful, Lauren's ultimate goal is to achieve the Ms. Olympia Figure Title by age thirty.
Lauren is committed to attaining her goals without giving into the constant pressure to compromise; a pressure placed on many women in the fitness industry and society in general. At 5'9", Lauren is one of the tallest women currently competing in figure contests. 
The National Physique Committee (NPC) is the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States. Amateur bodybuilders compete in various competitions from local to national competitions sanctioned by the NPC. |
